Pastry Chef and owner Deidre Lotecki has always had a passion for both art and baking. She trained at the most prestigious culinary school in the world — The Culinary Institute of America — learning the chemistry and art of baking from some of the most important pastry chefs in North America.
Back in Canada, Deidre honed her skills at The Fairmont Banff Springs, earned her Red Seal in Baking, and served as Executive Pastry Chef for Calgary's luxury coffee brand Deville.
After years of building her custom cake business on the side, demand took off and she opened the full storefront bakery in downtown Calgary — making the city sweeter, one treat at a time.
