Terms of Service

1. Service Description
WySync Fitment is a Shopify app that adds vehicle-first (year/make/model) fitment search to wheel & tire stores: fitment-aware collection pages, product and cart fitment verification, a multi-vehicle garage, and vehicle details captured on every order.
2. Pricing and Billing
- Starter: $49 USD per month — all storefront widgets, 6-hour indexing cycle, 1 CSV upload + 1 vendor integration
- Growth: $99 USD per month — everything in Starter, plus real-time webhook sync, daily safety-net reindex, and unlimited fitment data sources
- 14-day free trial on first install, both plans
- Billing managed entirely through your Shopify account
- Pricing is subject to change; changes never apply retroactively to an active billing period
3. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps → WySync Fitment → Cancel)
- No cancellation fees
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- After cancellation, catalog indexing and any real-time sync stop, so your fitment data is no longer refreshed. The storefront widgets continue to serve the last-indexed catalog until you remove them from your theme editor
- Uninstalling the app deletes all of your data as described in our Privacy Policy
4. Data and Privacy

- We collect minimal data needed to operate the app
- We never share or sell your data
5. Limitation of Liability
- The app is provided "as is" without warranty
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim
- Fitment results are only as accurate as the fitment data supplied to the app; we are not responsible for incorrect fitment outcomes, returns, or lost sales resulting from inaccurate or incomplete fitment data or misconfigured settings
6. Acceptable Use
- You agree to use the app in compliance with Shopify's terms of service
- You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your fitment data and configurations
- You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- We will notify you of material changes through the app
