1. Service Description
Shipping Rules is a Shopify app that allows merchants to hide, rename, reorder, and restrict shipping methods at checkout based on configurable conditions.
2. Pricing and Billing
- $8.99 USD per month, billed through Shopify
- 3-day free trial on first install
- All features included — no tiered plans
- Billing managed entirely through your Shopify account
3. Cancellation
- Cancel anytime through your Shopify admin (Settings → Apps → Shipping Rules → Cancel)
- No cancellation fees
- Access continues until the end of the current billing period
- After cancellation, rules stop applying at checkout
4. Data and Privacy
- See our Privacy Policy for full details
- We collect minimal data needed to operate the app
- We never share or sell your data
5. Limitation of Liability
- The app is provided "as is" without warranty
- We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim
- We are not responsible for lost sales, missed deliveries, or shipping errors resulting from misconfigured rules
6. Acceptable Use
- You agree to use the app in compliance with Shopify's terms of service
- You are responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of your shipping rules
- You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
7. Changes to Terms
- We may update these terms from time to time
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- We will notify you of material changes through the app
